Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply to all services provided by Mediterranean Taurus Limited, trading as Taurus Studio ("we", "us"), to you ("the client"). By paying a deposit, subscribing to a plan or purchasing an add-on, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope
Each project is defined by the package description on our website and/or a written proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only carried out after your written approval.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). We are not registered for GST; no GST is charged.
- Website packages: a 50% deposit is due to start. The remaining balance is invoiced when the site is ready for launch and is payable within 7 days, before go-live.
- Add-ons: paid in full upfront.
- Care plans: billed monthly in advance until cancelled.
- Third-party costs (domain names, paid themes/apps/plugins, stock media, Shopify or other subscriptions) are not included unless stated and are paid by the client directly or reimbursed at cost.
3. Timelines and client responsibilities
Timelines shown are estimates that assume content, feedback and access are provided promptly. You agree to supply text, images, logins and approvals in a timely way. If a project is paused by the client for more than 30 days, we may reschedule it and invoice for work completed to date.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback. Additional revisions or changes after approval are billed at S$95 per hour, quoted in advance.
5. Ownership
On full payment, you own the final website design, custom code and content created specifically for you. Third-party components (fonts, plugins, themes, libraries) remain subject to their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Hosting and care plans
Care plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly hours do not roll over. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party infrastructure.
7. Warranty and support
We fix defects in our work reported within the post-launch support period stated in your package, free of charge. This does not cover issues caused by changes made by others, third-party services or new requirements.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data.
9. Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable; the deposit covers work already performed and planning time, subject to our Refund Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Both parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith before taking any formal action.
