Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident starting a project with us. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Website package deposits

Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of payment and before the kickoff call or any design work has started.
Partial refund after work has started: we refund the deposit minus the value of work completed, calculated at S$95 per hour, and share a breakdown.
Once designs have been approved, the deposit is non-refundable.

Full refund if cancelled before work starts. Once delivered (for example, an audit report), add-ons are non-refundable.

You can cancel at any time and will not be charged again. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for partial months.

Contact us through our contact page with your receipt number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
